You'll train in semi-private groups of up to three. You won't all do the same exercises, but you're part of a motivated team.

Back-to-basic training is our forte. We'll watch your form and technique and teach you the best ways to train

Everyone works out at their own pace. You'll experience diverse training phases that will focus on your individual goals.
What to Expect
Semi private training is basically 1:1 except the trainer splits his/her time between 1 – 3 people (depending how many clients book in for that session).
It Is NOT group training and it is NOT a bootcamp.
Because we work out of a private gym space the clients get the feel of training 1:1 even though we are working with up to 3 people in that session. The trainer is never more than a few steps away. A trainer can easily manage up to 3 clients at one time all the while focusing on your technique, pushing you, and structuring your workout in order to make every session effective.

He truly wants the best for his clients, even if they aren't clients anymore. 8 years later and I found my way back to Dream Fitness and all I can say is nothing has changed other than there are more hearts of gold, Moose and Cody! The majority of my training is spent with Moose and Cody. Moose supports me on my cardio and nutrition making sure I'm staying consistent with my goals, he checks in with me daily! Cody pushes me on my strength and mental capacity, supporting me in achieving new PBs and trusting my body. Together it's the perfect blend of my week and there is no other way I'd rather start the day! The 3 of them take the time with their clients always going beyond the expectation. Dream Fitness is waaaaaay more than lifting weights, it's a healthy and motivating lifestyle and I'm a better version of myself because of it.

Cody has such a positive and calming presence which is exactly what I need. I had no knowledge prior to this as I was looking into hiring a personal trainer and bringing a healthy lifestyle... read more in my life for the very first time. I had a quick consultation on the phone with Jordan who explained his vision, how he works and, how he can help me. After my consult I had a private workout with Jordan to assess my skills and, see where I’m at with my strength and mobility levels. In the beginning I never thought I was going to get better but the support from everyone just made me keep on going and so far in the past 4 months I’ve lost around 22-24 pounds and still going!! It was not easy but when you have the right help anything is possible to achieve. Overall right now I feel amazing. I’m starting to fit into old clothes. I now need to go buy new clothes for the summer! I feel less lethargic now and have an increased amount of strength and mobility from when I first started. It’s amazing to see the changes from just a short period of time. If you have the drive to change your life then Dream Fitness is the next step your body needs to make that change. Also contrary to popular belief, you don’t need to eat bland and boring food to get healthy. Jordan has shared plenty of great tips and recipes to make sure you’re still eating flavourful and tasty food. Competition Preparation
We offer preparation for athletes who are taking their transformation to the next level and participating in high level body building and fitness competitions. Once many of our clients have achieved their goals, they are looking for the next challenge. Ten of our clients have gone on to place FIRST in various competitions Canada wide!
DENISE’S STORY
We’ve been working with Denise for the last 24 Months.
She just showcased her amazing transformation this past weekend at the Natural Physique & Athletics Association (NPAA), an exceptional milestone!
This transformation is so much more mental than it is physical! Yes she may be down 100lb in total but we are more impressed with how much stronger her mind an attitude has become towards herself and her capabilities. There Is nothing more powerful than self-worth!
Now we will be working towards her stepping on stage in her first fitness competition in November 2022!
She has proved it to herself that she has what it takes to do anything she wants with her body and we are in her corner while she shows everybody what she can do!

During this stage, we will ensure that your expectations and our program are a perfect fit!
Day One
We will welcome you to the gym, provide an orientation and introduce you to your trainers. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable, and confident! The we get going. Throughout your workout we will be able to review mobility issues, and areas that might need more attention. You'll be working hard, but safe! You'll be sharing a space with people who have been working out for 20 years, and some who have never seen the inside of a gym before - nobody here will be paying attention to how fit, or un-fit you are. Everyone's goal is the same: to work hard, and feel good.
Consistency
99% of your results will come from compliance and consistency. All you need to do is show up, you hire us to provide safe and effective training geared towards your goals. Simply bring your effort, and focus to each and every session and you'll see results. We make the process even easier by offering a flexible schedule that fits into your life.

Our hope for you after working with us for a while is that you will begin to envision yourself in a different light. You aren't just working out, you prioritize exercise and fitness.
